Terms And Conditions

REPAIR/REPLACEMENT

All products purchased though us are subject to completely free repair or replacement for the term of the guarantee period of the product. We require proof of purchase before any repair or replacement is undertaken.

SHIPPING

Shipping will take place on successful payment ,Delivery period usually takes place within 2 working days. 

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns: You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it or are not satisfied with any of the service. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds : Once we receive your item, We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund at all stages. we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit usually within 2-5 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping : You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

CANCELLATIONS

You have the right to cancel any service of product purchased from us within 14 days (see below)

You do not need a reason to cancel. If you do not receive the goods or services within 2 days of the date stated. You lose that right if you accept delivery after the 2 day period.  For more information, you may contact your provincial/territorial consumer affairs office. You must return the goods. To cancel, you must give notice of cancellation by phoning us on 0800 689 1579 or email on info@homesaveuk.co.uk. You must give notice of cancellation by a method that will allow you to prove that you gave notice, including registered mail, fax or by personal delivery.
